Administrative Team
After completing the Medical Office Administration program at CDI College in 2004, Cristina gathered 13 years of medical office administration experience before joining the Tri-City Colonoscopy Clinic team in March 2019. In 2026, Cristina took over the role of front end team lead, and quickly picked up on the nuances of managing every detail of this role. Her easy smile and warm personality will make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in the door. Poppy is a Health Administration graduate from Georgian College (2025) who also gained valuable clinical experience during her placement in the Labour and Delivery and NICU department at Scarborough Health Network. She brings a strong background in front desk and patient service, along with a genuine passion for healthcare. Poppy is particularly motivated to support patients through cancer screening and understands the importance of creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills help ensure each patient feels supported throughout their visit.
Andrea is a warm and dedicated medical administrative professional who graduated from George Brown College in 2016. With over 6 years of experience in a medical clinic, she has built a strong foundation in supporting healthcare teams in delivering compassionate, high-quality care. Known for her friendly, approachable nature, she truly enjoys creating a welcoming, comforting environment for every patient. She takes pride in making people feel heard, cared for, and at ease, and is passionate about helping others. Her goal is always to ensure each patient’s experience is as smooth, positive, and reassuring as possible.
